By using Audena you agree to these terms. If you disagree, please do not use the service.
Eligibility
You must be 13 years or older to create an account. By creating an account you represent that you meet this requirement.
Account & balance
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Balance is non-refundable unless required by applicable law. Bonus balance expires after 30 days from the date it was credited.
Acceptable use
You may not use Audena to generate content that violates any law, infringes intellectual property rights, or is harmful, deceptive, or abusive. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Intellectual property
The scripts and audio you generate using your own input materials belong to you. Audena retains ownership of the platform, its code, and its design.
Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify or discontinue features at any time with reasonable notice.
Limitation of liability
Audena is provided 'as is'. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
