What we collect
We collect your email address and name when you create an account. We also store your account balance, transaction history, and usage logs necessary to operate the service.
How we use it
Your data is used solely to operate Audena — authenticating you, processing payments, and tracking your balance. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Audio processing
Audio generation is processed on our servers. Generated audio files are stored temporarily and deleted automatically after 24 hours.
Script generation
When you use script generation, your notes and topic content are sent to an external writing service to produce a script. The provided data for these requests are not stored by Audena beyond the duration of the request.
Cookies & storage
We use browser session storage to pass data between pages within a single session. We use authentication cookies to keep you signed in.
Data retention
Account data is retained as long as your account is active. You can request deletion at any time by emailing support.
